WHAT DRIVES ME

At my core, I’m a problem solver who thrives on research-driven decision-making and user-centred design. I love seeing projects go from an initial idea to a fully developed product that makes a real difference.

ABOUT ME

Hello! I’m Pierre, a UX Researcher and Designer based in London.

Senior UX Researcher

MY JOURNEY

With a background in education, theatre, and entrepreneurship, I bring a unique blend of creativity, research, and problem-solving to my work. I love getting to the heart of user needs, uncovering insights, and turning them into meaningful, intuitive designs.

My journey into User experience  began during the pandemic when I realised I had more to offer creatively. Spending more time online made me think about how people interact with digital products, and I became fascinated with the idea of making those experiences better.

MY APPROACH

Ask: What do you want to learn?

  • Identify key questions you need answers to.

  • Set objectives (e.g. understand user pain points, validate a design, discover unmet needs).

  • Align stakeholders on research focus.

Define the Goals

1

Ask: How do you gather unbiased, useful data?

  • Prepare a script or plan.

  • Recruit participants that match your target users.

  • Record and take notes.

  • Stay neutral and let users speak/act naturally.

Conduct the Research

3

Ask: What’s the best way to get the insights you need?

  • Interviews – for in-depth insights

  • Surveys – for broad trends

  • Usability Testing – to observe real behavior

  • Field Studies / Diary Studies – for context over time

Choose the Approach

2

Ask: What did you learn, and how do you communicate it?

  • Look for patterns and themes.

  • Tie findings back to your original goals.

  • Create a summary with quotes, clips, or visuals.

  • Suggest next steps or design implications.

Community has always been important to me. Growing up in North West London, I learned that a community isn’t just about location—it’s about connection. I bring this mindset into my work, striving to design experiences that make users feel included, valued, and understood.
